An Independent Boulder Medical Center
Proudly Independent & Caring for the Boulder Community for Over 25-Years
When you visit Crossroads Medical Center, you can be rest assured that you are in capable hands.
Established in 1998 by primary care physician, Dr. Carl Moritz, MD. The Medical Clinic has been treating the Boulder community for over 25-years.
Locally owned and independently operated, we are proudly one of the few remaining independent medical practices in the Boulder area that is not owned by a hospital or large healthcare group. This allows us to keep our medical philosophy centered around personalized medicine and is largely what separates us from the rest.
As an independent medical center in Boulder, we have the freedom to focus solely on our patients’ well-being without any external influences. This means we take more time in caring for you and your family, and make decisions based solely on what is best for you, rather than being driven by profit or business agenda.
Our primary goal is your primary care – to ensure that you receive the best possible care and treatment options available
At our Boulder Medical Center, each patient is treated like the unique individual that they are. Practicing at this level of personalized family medicine empowers our patients, and allows us to maintain a higher-level of service.
We understand that no two patients are alike, and that is why we take the time to listen and understand your concerns.
In recognition of our commitment to excellence, we have been honored with the prestigious Patient Choice Award for six consecutive years (2011-2016). This award is a testament to the trust and satisfaction our patients have in our services. Additionally, we have also received the Compassionate Doctor Award for seven consecutive years (2011-2017), highlighting our dedication to providing compassionate and empathetic care.
