Lauren Jasilli is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She prides herself on providing personalized, evidence-based care. She sees patients of all genders and has a special interest in sexual/reproductive health. She also is passionate about disease prevention through lifestyle modifications.
Lauren joined Crossroads Medical Center in 2021 and became the owner of the practice in 2023. She graduated with a M.S. in Nursing from the George Washington University in 2020 and a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Florida in 2011. Prior to her work in family medicine, she was an RN for seven years in medical/surgical, labor & delivery, and outpatient OBGYN settings. Lauren spends her downtime playing with her two children and family, tandem biking with her husband, gardening, and practicing yoga.
Lauren is accepting new patients 18 years and older.
Dr. Moritz is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. He takes the time to get to know each patient individually and provide them with high-quality, evidence-based care.
Dr. Moritz founded Crossroads Medical Center in 1998 and is the current Medical Director. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1978 and completed his residency and fellowship at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital in 1981. He has been practicing family medicine in Boulder since 1984 and has been working with many of his patients for
several decades.
Dr. Moritz loves spending time with his family, including his 3 daughters and 2
granddaughters.
