We are not owned by a hospital or large healthcare group because our philosophy is about providing personalized care for everyone. We treat each person as the unique individual that they are. 

Adult and Child Physicals

Stay on top of your health. At your annual physical we do a complete exam, run routine labs and screening tests, discuss your medical, social and family history, and offer vaccines. We also do sports, pre-operative, and travel examinations.
*Please note, we do not provide routine care for children under age 5

Schedule Same Day Sick Visits

Sick or injured? We offer same day appointments to help you feel better faster. We offer rapid flu and strep tests, wound care, laceration repair, abscess incision and drainage, wart removal, splinting, EKGs, ear irrigation, urine testing, and more. We offer video visits to increase access to care while limiting the spread of infection. If seen by video visit, we can order tests to local labs that offer quick​turnaround times on COVID (PCR), flu, strep, and respiratory virus testing.

Reproductive Health

We offer pap smears, reproductive organ (breast, uterine, ovarian, cervical, prostate and testicular) cancer screenings, pre-pregnancy health promotion, pregnancy testing, birth control prescriptions, IUD & Nexplanon placement/removal, testing/treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, HIV pre-exposure prevention (PrEP) and post-exposure prevention (PEP), and treatment of many common reproductive organ conditions.

Cosmetic Injections

In addition to primary care, Crossroads Medical Center offers cosmetic injections including Botox, Xeomin, and dermal fillers. Injections can smooth the appearance of fine lines and/or add facial volume and contour. All injections are performed by licensed, experienced physicians or nurse practitioners. Cosmetic injections are not covered by insurance plans.

We are proud to be one of the few remaining independent medical practices in the area that is not owned by a hospital or large healthcare group. Our philosophy is personalized medicine, where we treat each patient as the unique individual they are.
